Taufiq’s Passing Out Parade

3rd April 2007 marks the end of my brother’s Basic Military Training at the Home Team Academy. It made me look back, 3 months ago when we sent him there to go through the BMT. And now, 3 months on, he’s passing out. It’s pretty fast! How time flies … and when you don’t take action in the time that you have today, then time is just going to pass you by….

Anyway, there were around 400 graduates that day. The picture only shows half of the graduates. I was, of course, excited. There was an award ceremony where only 15 was awarded. These were those that excelled in their role and duties. Taufiq was one of them, he was awarded “Best Trainee” So proud of him .Here’s a short video of him about to take the award :

Mind you, my heart was pumping so hard as if I was the one getting the award. I was Just too EXCITED for him.
